Show your Pride at celebrations across Southern California this summer – many events are not far from Pacific Surfliner stations, so ride along the coast to San Diego, Los Angeles, and other communities with some of the nation’s biggest Pride celebrations!

Los Angeles: LA Pride in the Park (June 11-12)

A two-day Pride celebration starting with a concert at the Los Angeles State Historic Park, featuring Christina Aguilera and others, leading to the 52nd annual LA Pride Parade. Event Details

How to get there: Ride to LA Union Station and catch the Metro Gold line for one stop to Chinatown. Los Angeles State Historic Park is a short walk from there. Or, walk 15 minutes from LA Union station.  

Oceanside: Pride by the Beach (June 11)

A free festival that features live entertainment, an education zone, dance tent, and more, back after a two-year hiatus. Event Details

How to get there: The event is a 10-minute walk from the Oceanside Station.

Santa Ana: OC Pride Parade and Festival (June 25)

This free festival and parade will return for the first time in two years with musical performances, a dance tent, parade, and more. Event Details 

How to get there: Ride to the Santa Ana Station and catch OCTA Bus Route 83 to Main Street and then walk a few blocks to the festivities. Or, walk 15 minutes from the train station. 

San Diego: Pride Festival (July 16-17)

One of the city’s largest annual events, featuring 100+ entertainers, booths, and more. Tickets start at $26. Event Details

How to get there: Ride to the Santa Fe Depot in Downtown San Diego, and take MTS Bus Route 215 to Balboa Park. Or, catch an Uber or Lyft.  

Santa Barbara: Pacific Pride Festival (Aug. 27)

This free, all-day event at Chase Palm Park features live entertainment, exhibitors, food, and more with views of the beach. Event Details

How to get there: The event is a 10-minute walk from the Santa Barbara Station.  

Anaheim: Gay Days at the Disneyland® Resort (Sept. 16-18)

An unofficial event at the Happiest Place on Earth with in-park meetups, special foods, merchandise, and more. Event Details

How to get there: Ride to the Anaheim Station and connect with an Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) bus to the front gates. The transfer is free with a train ticket.  

Palm Springs: Palm Springs Pride (Nov. 4-6)

A free, three-day celebration in the desert featuring live music, a street fair, parade, vendor booths, and more. Event Details

How to get there: Book your trip with Palm Springs (PSN) as your destination. You'll connect to an Amtrak Thruway Bus at Fullerton for a comfortable ride to Palm Springs. The bus stop is a short walk from the event.
