The Del Mar Racetrack is holding races every Thursday-Sunday through September 10. The coastal outdoor venue also hosts a variety of activities during the summer season, such as food and drink festivals, special breakfasts, a family fun day, and more.
Ride the Pacific Surfliner to the Solana Beach Station (SOL) and connect to the shuttle that stops at the race track. The shuttle operates on race days and is free for riders who show a valid train ticket.
Pacific Surfliner trains are a great way to travel along the coast.
