California Wine Festival Tickets Sweepstakes – Official Rules By participating in this promotion, you agree to the Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO WIN Eligibility: at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. Lossan employees, sponsors, vendors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter: During the promotional period, Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting pacificsurfliner.com/wine-festival-giveaway during the promotional period and completing the official entry form, including opting in to receive LOSSAN marketing emails. Eligible participants who complete the entry form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a two-ticket package to the California Wine Festival in Santa Barbara, California on July 18, 2026. Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that no infants or animals are permitted on event grounds. Participants are encouraged to review all California Wine Festival event terms and conditions available at californiawinefestival.com prior to entering the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) entry per person.
Drawings: LOSSAN will randomly select the potential winners from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received by the time of the drawings. Winners will be selected on July 10, 2026 and contacted by July 13, 2026. LOSSAN staff will notify the potential winner of their prize via the email address provided to LOSSAN by the Sweepstakes participants. A minimum of two (2) attempts will be made to contact the winner using the contact information provided. If the designated winner does not claim the prize within three (3) days of the date of the first attempt of contact, that winner shall forfeit receipt of the prize.
Prizes: Limit of one (1) prize per participant. Up to two (2) winners will receive a two-ticket package to the California Wine Festival event in Santa Barbara, California on July 18, 2026. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is one hundred and seventy dollars ($170.00). Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specifically stated herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prize package will be distributed at LOSSAN’s discretion. Legal age verification is required at Prize acceptance. Prize must be accepted as awarded, may not be substituted, and has no cash value. Exchanges or replacements will not be made if a prize is lost, stolen, or damaged.
