How to get there: From Los Angeles Union Station, you can connect to Amtrak bus service bound for Las Vegas. With two daily departures Thursday through Sunday, you can travel from the coast to the desert with stops in San Bernardino, Victorville, and Barstow along the way.

Choose from two convenient Las Vegas stops: the South Strip Transfer Center or Downtown Las Vegas. When it's time to head home, return bus service operates Friday through Monday, with connections to select Pacific Surfliner trains at Los Angeles Union Station.
